The rooms are quiet and come with a comfortable king-sized bed. The hotel staff is really friendly and helpful. The location is great, close to a grocery store, a major mall, shopping center, and Lulu's Mall. The hotel has a nice design.

Convenient Location 😊
The location of this place is really convenient, as it's really close to Lulu's Mall, Salam Park, Riyadh Zoo, and many restaurants. It was neat and I had a very pleasant stay here. I liked the hotel and all its nearby attractions.

Its location is absolutely perfect and excellent just off a major mall and shopping center and Riyadh avenue mall. The place to have dinner within a close distance from the hotel is Horizon Restaurant...

Location is ok
Staff is nice, but facilities are not good, didn't feel this is a four or three-star hotel. Water is not warm enough for good shower and there was no body gel. Location is ok for stay.

Despite a few minor inconveniences, our recent stay at Almakan Hotel 105 was overall quite pleasant. The room upgrade was a nice surprise, and the comfortable bed and sofa made for a relaxing stay. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the price was affordable. We would recommend this hotel to others.

The hotel staff were not helpful at check-in and tried to give me an inferior room to the one I booked. The room was not serviced after my first night, so no new towels, toilet paper. The kitchenette had no plates, cutlery or glasses. The show had no screed (and should have), the wardrobe had no hangers. There were no light controls by bed, so had to turn off lights and find way to bed in dark. Desk and chair could not be removed without removing draw to allow legs under (and I am short), lifts slow and erratic - not worthy of 4 stars in either facilities or service

THe location, cleanliness, and the quiet environment. They staff appears to be flexible and willing to help.
THe electronic items were not working properly- the frige was leaking and there were no vessels at all in the kitchen- a kettle and cups for tea at least should be provided. The maintenance is poor but because it's new not much is required.
